In this day and age social media is so important – most of the world uses social media in some way; in-fact around 3.4 Billion people globally use social media and its relevance to many people’s lives is staggering. Given this fact, it may come as a surprise to you that I don’t believe every business needs to be on every single social media platform. But, depending on who your audience is, where they can be found online, and what your business does, social media platforms certainly can be a very effective tool in gaining and retaining customers as well as building brand awareness.
